Ms. Wanda Yvonne Griffin, 54, of 7319 Morlon Rd., Longwood, NC died Saturday, June 11, 2016 in New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington, NC. Funeral service with no viewing will be held Thursday, June 16, 2016 at 1:00 PM at Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church; 7370 Mt. Zion Church Rd., NW, Longwood, NC 28452. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Mrs. Griffin can be viewed only on Wednesday, June 15, 2016 from 1:00 PM until 6:00 PM in the chapel of Peoples Funeral Home of Shallotte, Inc. Mrs. Griffin is survived by her loving fiancée, Jeff King of Longwood, NC; three sons, Nicholas Griffin, Justin Griffin and Triston Griffin all of Longwood, NC; one sister, Gloria Griffin of Supply, NC; and a host of loving relatives and dear friends.
