Mrs. Phyllis Louise Smith, 69 of, Bolivia, NC passed away on Wednesday, December 29, 2021, at her residence in Bolivia, NC. Funeral Services for IMMEDIATE FAMILY MEMBERS will be held on Thursday, January 6, 2022, at 1:00 PM in the of Peoples Funeral Home-Shallotte Chapel, 5190 Ocean Highway West, Shallotte, NC 28470. Burial will follow at Mt. Zion Church Cemetery, 7370 Mt. Zion Church Rd. NW, Longwood, NC 28452. A walk-through viewing will be held on Wednesday, January 5, 2022, from 5-6PM in the Chapel of Peoples Funeral Home of Shallotte, Inc., 5190 Ocean Hwy. West, Shallotte, NC 28470.

Mrs. Phyllis Louise Smith is survived by (1 Son) Derrick (Michelle) Smith, (3 Grandson’s) Markes Gore, Derrick Smith, Jr., Daquon Smith, (2 Great-Grandchildren) Jayceon Smith, Remi Gore, all of Bolivia, NC. (1 Brother) Willie Walker of New York, (2 Sister’s) Peggy (Ned) Stevenson of Port Arthur, TX and Stephanie Webster of Longwood, NC. Mrs. Phyllis Louise Smith is also survived by a host of loving relatives and friends.
