Mrs. Nedrea Young Williams

Mrs. Nedrea Young Williams 93, of, Longwood, North Carolina, passed away on Friday, March 18, 2022, at Universal Healthcare Brunswick, Bolivia, NC.

Born in Horry County, SC, on September 30, 1928, she was the daughter of late Deacon Peter and Deaconess Augusta Stevenson Young. She was predeceased by her husband, Rudolph P. Williams, and her three children, Carl Ray Williams Sr, Nettie Metts, and Milton P. Williams.

A graveside service for IMMEDIATE FAMILY MEMBERS and FRIENDS will be held on Saturday, March 26, 2022, at 12:00 PM at Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery, 7370 Mt. Zion Church Rd. NW, Longwood, NC 28452. Burial will immediately follow the services.

A walk-through viewing will be held on Friday, March 25, 2022, from 12-6 PM in the Chapel of Peoples Funeral Home of Shallotte, Inc., 5190 Ocean Hwy. West, Shallotte, NC 28470.

She was a strong and brave individual overcoming all obstacles throughout her life and never allowed hardships to dictate who she was.

Surviving are her daughter Angie Williams, Shallotte, NC, and her son, Kenneth B. (Twanda) Williams, Sr., Shallotte, NC. grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews, family members, and friends.
