Ms. Bertha L. Hill, 80 of Calabash, NC (Formerly of Thomasboro, NC) passed away on Tuesday, September 24, 2024, at her residence in Calabash, NC. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, September 28, 2024, at 2:00 PM at Pleasant Grove Missionary Baptist Church, 8950 Ocean Hwy. West, Calabash, NC 28467. Burial will follow at Pleasant Grove Cemetery, on Hwy. 17-S/Tree Swamp Trail across from Crows Creek Golf Course, Carolina Shores, NC 28467. Viewing will be held from 1:00-2:00 PM (1-Hour prior) to the services on Saturday, September 28, 2024, at Pleasant Grove Missionary Baptist Church.

Ms. Hill is survived by (1-Daughter) Lora A. Hill of the home; (1-Brother) Ernest (Virginia) Hill of Smyrna, DE; (4-Sister’s) Barbara A. Walker of Bronx, NY, Annie L. Nance of Durham, NC, Juanita Savoy and Rosie Thomas of Thomasboro, NC; (3-Granddaughter’s) Shatjuania L. Frink and Mattylah S. Greene of Charlotte, NC, Malikah L. Greene of North Myrtle Beach, SC; (1-Bonus Granddaughter) Aubriona H.S. Thomas of Shallotte, NC; (4-Great-Grandchildren) Amari and Amani Dillahunt, Matthew J. Greene, and Maxon Greene; Host of loving nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
