Mr. Wayne Anthony King, 38 of 4749 Oakview Dr., Southport, NC, passed away on Sunday, August 30, 2020 at his residence in Southport, NC. Funeral services for the IMMEDIATE FAMILY will be held on Friday, September 4, 2020 at 1:00 PM in the Chapel of Peoples Funeral Home of Shallotte, Inc. 5190 Ocean Highway, Shallotte, NC 28470. Burial will follow at Piney Grove Community Cemetery in Bolivia, NC. A walk-through viewing will be held on Thursday, September 3, 2020 from 4-6 PM in the Chapel of Peoples Funeral Home of Shallotte, Inc. Mr. Wayne Anthony King is survived by his Mother Ms. Betty Ann King of the home, (4 Sisters) Tina Gardner of Shallotte, NC, Stacey Holmes, Denesha Holmes, Mariah King of Southport, NC, (1 Brother) Wesley Hempstead, Jr. of Leland, NC (A Grandmother) Emma McCelellan of Southport, NC. and numerous uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, cousins, family, and friends.
