Mr. Freddie Lee Johnson, Sr., 79 of , NC died Tuesday, December 10, 2019 at New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington, NC.  Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Monday, December 16, 2019 at Cedar Grove Missionary Baptist Church, 1229 Cedar Grove Road SW, Supply, NC 28462 .  Burial will follow at Riley Hewett Cemetery in Supply, NC. Viewing will be held on Sunday, December 15, 2019 from  1-6PM in the Chapel of Peoples Funeral Home of Shallotte, Inc., 5190 Ocean Hwy. West, Shallotte, NC 28470 and at the church on Monday one-hour prior and following the services. Mr. Freddie Lee Johnson, Sr. is survived by his wife Mrs. Annie Johnson of Shallotte, NC, (2 Sons) Freddie Lee (Chawana) Johnson, Jr. of Wilmington, NC and Andrew (Ronita) Johnson of Riegelwood, NC. (1 Daughter) Jeanette Ward of Lathina, GA. (3 Brothers) Floyd Johnson, Hubert Johnson and Ralphell Johnson. (4 Sisters) Irene Scott, Florence Johnson, Betty Chavis, and Aleese Johnson. Six Grandchildren and a  host of loving family and friends.
