Mr. Charles “Dola Boy” Edward Hill, 89, of 415 Tryon Rd. NW, Shallotte, NC died Sunday, October 18, 2015 at home. Funeral service will be held Saturday, October 24, 2015 at 1:00 PM at Pleasant Hill Missionary Baptist Church, 587 Bricklanding Rd SW, Shallotte, NC 28470. Burial will follow in Pigotte cemetery in Shallotte. The viewing will be held Friday, October 23, 2015 from 12:00 PM until 6:00 PM in the chapel of Peoples Funeral Home of Shallotte. Mr. Hill is survived by: one daughter, Stephanie Y. Hill of Shallotte, NC four grandchildren, Christopher Hill, Whitney Hill, Lamar Daniels and Eva Daniels all of Shallotte, NC; and other loving relatives and friends.
